The Heart of Woodlake Towers

The Manchester is Building 2 and the central hub of the Woodlake Towers community. This is where you'll find the management office and desirable on-site services and amenities.

Management Office

The management office is located in the lobby of The Manchester. General Manager Marco Mendoza and Assistant General Manager Jisela Molina lead the on-site team, with support from Admin Assistant Alyssa Puebla and Maintenance Coordinator Dixie Miro.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm. The reception desk is open Monday through Friday, 8 am – 8 pm and Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.

    Party Room

    The Manchester's party room accommodates up to 80 people and is available for resident reservations. Log in to BuildingLink to check availability and make a reservation, or stop by the front desk. It's a comfortable space for gatherings, meetings, or community events.

    Fitness Room with Sauna

    The Manchester's fitness room has a dry sauna, a relaxing place to recover after a workout or just unwind after a long day.

    Outdoor Pool

    The large outdoor community pool is located between The Arlington and The Manchester and is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It’s open 7 days a week from 12–8 pm Monday through Friday and 11 am–8 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and is one of two pools on the Woodlake Towers campus. It’s a popular spot on warm afternoons — and a nice reason to stay close to home.

    The Manchester's library is a quiet space with plenty of books, tables, and chairs—perfect for reading, studying, or simply taking a break.

    Guest Rooms

    Hosting someone from out of town? The Manchester has guest rooms available for residents to reserve at $40 per night. It's a practical option that saves your visitors the cost of a hotel.

    The Manchester has two laundry rooms on every floor. FMB Laundry Services manages machines and uses the Clothesline mobile app, making it easy to report any issues.

    The Manchester has a limited number of covered parking spaces that residents can own and/or rent.  A real advantage in Northern Virginia, especially during winter months and hot summers.

Mailroom – A dedicated mailroom keeps resident mail organized and secure.
Storage Lockers – Residents have access to extra storage lockers outside their units.
Outdoor Pool – Shared between The Arlington and The Manchester, the pool is open seasonally and is a popular spot for residents to unwind.
Gazebo – The Manchester shares a gazebo and barbecue area with The Arlington, free for residents.

Playground – The shaded playground provides a fun space for children and visiting grandchildren.

Convenience Store – The Woodlake Convenience Store lets residents shop for essentials without leaving the building.
