Outdoor Recreation at Woodlake Towers

The Carlyn has basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, its own smaller outdoor pool, and a community garden open to all residents—making it a great home base for residents who enjoy spending time outdoors.

    Basketball, Tennis, and Pickleball Courts

    The Carlyn is home to the community's basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts — recently resurfaced and in great shape. They're free to use for residents of all three buildings.

    Outdoor Pool

    The Carlyn has its own smaller outdoor pool, open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It's open weekends and holidays only, from 11 am–8 pm. It's one of two community pools on the Woodlake Towers campus.

    Guest Rooms

    Two guest rooms are available at The Carlyn for residents who need a comfortable place to stay while visiting friends or family, at $40 per night. Log in to BuildingLink to check availability and make a reservation, or stop by the front desk.

    The Carlyn has its own fitness room with cardio and strength training equipment. All three buildings at Woodlake Towers have their own fitness facilities.

    Laundry Rooms on Every Floor

    Laundry facilities are available on every floor of The Carlyn. FMB Laundry services manage machines and use the Clothesline mobile app, with built-in remote monitoring and fast service response.

    Gazebo with Barbecue

    The Carlyn's gazebo and barbecue area is a popular gathering spot, especially in warmer months. Free for residents to use. Log in to BuildingLink to check availability and make a reservation, or stop by the front desk.

    Community Garden

    Close to The Carlyn is a community garden located behind the tennis and basketball courts. Residents are assigned their own plot and provided a key/code to gain access for a $30 fee. Gardeners can plant vegetables, herbs, and flowers in their own raised plots by May 31 and clean up by November 15.

The Carlyn offers a range of unit sizes with private balconies. HOA fees include utilities — electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, and trash — making budgeting straightforward.

Pool (View 1) – The Carlyn’s outdoor pool is surrounded by mature trees, providing a shaded and relaxing place to swim.
Pool (View 2) – The pool is open seasonally and is a favorite gathering place for residents on warm days.
Basketball/Pickleball/Tennis Court (View 1) – The Carlyn provides an outdoor court for both pickleball and tennis.
Basketball/Pickleball/Tennis Court (View 2) – Multiple sport lines allow the court to be used for various sports.
Basketball/Pickleball/Tennis Court (View 3) – The court is set beside woods, offering a peaceful place for a match.
Community Garden (View 1) – Raised garden plots let residents grow their own vegetables and flowers.
Community Garden (View 2) – A storage shed and lawn area support residents working in their garden beds.
Gazebo with Barbecue – A shared gazebo and grill area provides a shaded space for outdoor meals and gatherings.
