Welcoming Spaces in Woodlake Towers

The Arlington offers amenities such as a fitness room, an outdoor pool, a party room, a music room, and easy access to everything the community shares across all three buildings.

    Fitness Room

    The Arlington has its own fitness room with cardio and strength training equipment, so you don’t have to leave the building to get a workout in.

    Outdoor Pool

    The large outdoor community pool is located between The Arlington and The Manchester and is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It’s open 7 days a week from 12–8 pm Monday through Friday and 11 am–8 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and is one of two pools on the Woodlake Towers campus. It’s a popular spot on warm afternoons — and a nice reason to stay close to home.

    Party Room

    Need a space for a gathering? The Arlington’s party room accommodates up to 40 people and is available to residents for private events. Log in to BuildingLink to check availability and make a reservation, or stop by the front desk.

    Music Room

    The Arlington has a dedicated music practice room, available to residents daily from 8 am - 11 pm on a first-come, first-served basis. If other residents are waiting, use is limited to one hour per session.

    Laundry Rooms on Every Floor

    No need to haul laundry far. Each floor of The Arlington has its own laundry room. FMB Laundry services machines, and the Clothesline mobile app makes it easy to report any issues.

    Gazebo with Barbecue

    The Arlington’s gazebo and barbecue area is free for residents to use. Grills are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Log in to BuildingLink to reserve a gazebo, or stop by the reception desk during business hours.

Floor Plans

The Arlington offers a range of floor plans to suit different needs and budgets. Studios start at 492 square feet. One, two, and three-bedroom units are also available. Many feature private balconies with views of the surrounding area.

Entrance – The Arlington’s covered entrance at 6001 provides a welcoming entry for residents and visitors.
Lobby – The Arlington’s red carpet creates an elegant first impression for both residents and guests.
Lobby Seating Area – A comfortable lounge off the lobby offers residents a place to relax or socialize.
Fitness Room (View 1) – The Arlington features a fitness room with both cardio and strength equipment for convenient workouts at home.
Fitness Room (View 2) – Treadmills, ellipticals, and other machines help residents maintain their fitness routine without leaving the building.
Laundry Room – Every floor in The Arlington has a dedicated laundry room, making laundry day easy and convenient.
Party Room – The Arlington’s party room can host up to 40 people and is available for private resident events.
Party Room Kitchen Area – Includes a kitchenette with a full fridge and prep counter for easy event hosting.
Music Room – Residents can use the music practice room daily from 8 am to 11 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gazebo – Residents can use the gazebo and barbecue area for free, with grills available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Playground – A shaded playground offers a fun and safe space for children and visiting grandchildren to play on-site.
Outdoor Pool – Open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is a favorite gathering spot on warm days.
