More Than 50 Years in the Heart of Seven Corners

Woodlake Towers has been part of the Falls Church community since 1970. What started as a forward-thinking residential complex has grown into one of the most established and diverse condo communities in Northern Virginia.

Built to Last

Completed in 1970, Woodlake Towers was designed as a high-rise condominium community at the crossroads of several major Northern Virginia thoroughfares. The three nine-story buildings — The Arlington, The Manchester, and The Carlyn — sit on 27 acres and together offer more than 800 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.

From the beginning, the community was built with amenities in mind. Pools, fitness facilities, outdoor green space, and on-site services were part of the original vision. That commitment to comfortable, convenient living has carried through to today.

A Community That Reflects the World

Over the decades, Woodlake Towers has grown into one of the most diverse residential communities in the region. Residents have come from more than 61 countries, bringing with them languages, traditions, and perspectives from across the globe. That diversity is part of what makes Woodlake Towers feel like more than just a place to live.

The community has continued to invest in itself. Recent improvements include a full roof replacement across all three buildings, resurfaced tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, updated fitness equipment, and the introduction of Verizon FiOS service across the property.

The community has a new website as part of a broader effort to modernize how we communicate and connect with our residents and prospective buyers.

The people who run the day-to-day operations reflect that same long-term commitment. Several staff members have been with Woodlake Towers for more than a decade.
