BuildingLink—resident-management communication for parking, repairs, amenity reservations, surveys, calendars, and local links.
Parking—Woodlake Towers offers ample parking in lighted lots that are patrolled for resident safety. Residents pay a modest fee for parking decals that apply for the duration of residence at Woodlake. Short-term or longer-term passes for visitors of residents are provided upon approved request. Parking permit available at front desk. Towing 24/7 is enforced for safety and security.
Resident Security—Woodlake places a premium on resident safety and thus provides electronic, monitored, identification-system access control to its buildings. Fobs are required for entry and can be used only by owners, residents, and approved service providers. An in-house officer patrols operate 24/7 and are available to respond to emergencies.
