Resident Services

The new Woodlake Towers Condominium website consists of more than 30 pages accessed directly by the top navigation menu, including a photo gallery, a community directory, an events calendar, news and notices, and a document center. An additional 30 pages can be accessed through links in the website copy. Also, there are eight service request forms and more than 70 informative documents posted to the website, which include Board of Directors minutes, the condominium bylaws, policy resolutions, rules and regulations, notices, and newsletters.

Some of the new pages are intended to attract and inform prospective unit buyers about the advantages of buying and living at Woodlake Towers.

On the website, residents can:

  • Read and download documents, including the association bylaws, policy resolutions, rules and regulations, and Board of Directors minutes (under the “Resident Services” menu)
  • Access the Community Directory (under the “Resident Services” menu)
